To request a free price quote:

1. Send us your request by email (honyaku@kenjiarai.com) for price quotation. Please specify "price quote" in the subject line of your email.
   
   
2. We will send you a price quotation and payment method detail for your Japanese translation within 24 hours. (Bank/Post Office payment, Cash on Delivery of Takyubin Service, or Credit card payment with no additional fees)
   
   Approve? 
   Follow the steps described in the email and make your payment. Please let us know after you have made payment.
   
   Disapprove? 
   Let us know why you disapprove - we may be able to work things out for you. We will automatically assume that you have cancelled if no payment is made within 48 hours.
   
   
   
3. We will begin your task as soon as we have confirmed your payment and we will deliver the product within the time period quoted. The product will be presented as an attachment(s) to an email. The file format will be in plain text, MS-Word, PDF, FAX, or MS-Excel (or you name it).
